It appears that the RuneScape content team have finally gotten off their asses and released RuneScape's second (in the nine years that RuneScape has existed) Grandmaster quest: "Nomad's Requiem", on 11 January 2010.
The first Grandmaster quest, "While Guthix Sleeps", was released well over a year earlier on 26 November 2008. It has since then notoriously held the title of being the most difficult quest in RuneScape - that is, until now.

It seems that Jagex is pleased to announce the arrival of pre-paid RuneScape subscription cards in Canada. The cards available are for a 1 or 3 month subscription, and can be purchased from Best Buy, Future Shop, and the Universities of Toronto, Capbreton, and Calgary. Wait, universities? I knew Jagex was targeting the young adult crowd, but I never foresaw them selling membership credit at a university. War of Legends is apparently a new game that Jagex is 'supporting'. Not sure to what extent that goes, though. They are obviously developing portions of the game, as you can apparently login using your regular Jagex account credentials.
